The practice
System Vertex Core exists because weekly packs from five apps can all look calm while a shared login library is failing. We formed the practice to sit those packs in one room.
The office is at 340 1 Taman Yoon Fook,Seremban,Negeri Sembilan,70450,Malaysia. Negeri Sembilan is where the writing happens. Findings sessions travel to Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, and other floors in Peninsular Malaysia when the reading group cannot come here. We keep the writing away from the client’s open-plan so a ranking is not negotiated by whoever walks past the whiteboard.
Aisha Rahman spent years inside a Klang Valley telco’s app suite, reconciling crash extracts that never used the same version window. Lim Wei Han came from information design for printed ops walls — ferry timetables, clinic boards — and treats a health view as something a person must stand in front of on a Monday. Farah Idris ran product operations for a retail group whose catalogue and loyalty titles refused to share a story about drop-off.

Heat tables and commissioned walls
Draws the one-page table. Refuses a chart that cannot be read from two metres.
Findings sessions and workshops
Chairs the room so a product owner can disagree with a rank before it is printed.
We ask for one named person who can obtain extracts. We will not run a review through a steering committee as the primary counterpart. The findings session includes the product owners; the intake call does not need all of them.
English is the working language of the brief. Bahasa Malaysia is welcome in the room when it helps the argument; the written artefact stays in English so version numbers and library names are not lost in translation.
We are not your analytics vendor. We do not install SDKs. We do not promise that a heat table will move storefront ratings. If two titles share no identity key, we will not draw a journey across them.
We take a small number of concurrent reviews. If the calendar is full we will say so rather than dilute a reading.
