Fees follow the number of live titles, not a menu of packages.
We quote after we see the app list and whether crash extracts are sampled. The figures below are starting points for planning, not a checkout.

How an estimate is built
Send the live app list, the stores they sit on, and a note on whether crash extracts are sampled. We reply within two working days. If the list is still being argued internally, we will wait; a quote against a moving list is wasted paper.
Travel inside Peninsular Malaysia is itemised. Overnight stays are only billed when the findings session cannot finish in a day. Video is available when the reading group is split; we still prefer a room.
What is never in the fee
SDK installation, storefront listing work, overnight monitoring, and alerting rotas. A dashboard commission does not include a hosted console. A review does not include a wall unless you book both.
Deposits, cancellation, and unfinished readings are set out on the fees and refunds page. Ringgit quotes exclude SST where it applies; we will say so on the engagement letter.
