Who we are

Acceptance
A review, commission, briefing, or workshop is accepted when both sides have a signed engagement letter, or when you pay the deposit stated in a written quote that refers to these terms. Using this website does not create an engagement. Sending extracts without a letter does not create an engagement; we will not open them.
The work
The engagement letter lists the live apps, the artefact we will produce, the fee, and the date the clock starts. We do not host a console, process payments, or sell software licences. Advice in a brief is professional opinion based on the pack you supplied. It is not a warranty of storefront performance, crash-free rates, or commercial outcomes.
Your pack and our use of it
You warrant that you have the right to send us the extracts, that production identity and payment-card data have been stripped, and that classified material is marked. We use the pack only to perform the engagement. We do not sell it. We return or destroy copies at the end of the retention period in the privacy notice, unless the law requires a longer hold.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your extracts, incident logs, and app names. We keep ownership of our methods, heat-table layouts, workbook templates, and anonymised teaching samples. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the brief, heat table, recordings, and any commissioned wall inside your organisation, including with contractors under confidence. You may not resell the brief, publish it as your own method, or use our name to endorse a vendor.
Journal articles and this website are ours. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce a full article.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep confidential the pack, the ranking, and the fee, except where disclosure is required by Malaysian law, a regulator, or professional advisers bound to silence. We may describe a failure mode in anonymised form in the journal if no title, company, or library vendor can be identified. Named case studies need your written yes.
Fees and tax
Fees are in Malaysian ringgit as quoted. SST is added where it applies. Deposits, cancellation, and refunds are described on the fees and refunds page and in the engagement letter. Late packs pause the clock; they do not pause a retained briefing fee once the quarter has opened.
Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of ranking in a storefront, or loss arising from decisions you take after a findings session. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). You remain responsible for your production systems, releases, and duty of care to your users.
Website use
This site is informational. Forms send an inquiry, not a contract. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or scrape it in bulk. We may change pages without notice. A 404 means the path is not offered; it is not an invitation to guess other paths.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Seremban as the preferred venue where the rules of court allow. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains.
Changes
