Health Dashboard Commission

A commissioned health view built against the analytics you already hold, so a portfolio of apps can be read on one wall without opening five vendor consoles.

Small working group gathered around a table with notebooks and a laptop

Who this is for

Teams that have already had a health review — or already know which measures they trust — and need a standing view rather than another slide deck.

What you leave with

A maintained layout of portfolio health: crash clusters, retention cliffs, release markers, and the few support tags that actually move. Handover includes a legend, a refresh note, and a recorded walkthrough for the people who will read it every Monday.

Included

  • Source inventory: which properties, warehouses, and extracts feed the view
  • Information-design drafts on paper before any build, signed off in a review room
  • Build against your existing stores — we do not sell a hosted console
  • Legend, refresh cadence, and a walkthrough for the ops readers
  • Two revision rounds after first live use

Left out

  • We do not replace your analytics vendor or migrate event streams
  • We do not staff overnight monitoring
  • Alerting rotas and paging are yours unless separately scoped

Who does the work

Lim Wei Han designs and builds. Aisha Rahman signs the measure list so the wall does not drift into vanity charts.

Time and place

Four to seven weeks after the source list is confirmed

Design and review sessions in Seremban or on your floor; build work in our office against access you grant

Fee

Quoted from the number of sources, the number of walls (ops room, weekly pack, executive one-pager), and whether we sit with your warehouse staff. Commissions typically start at RM 42,000.

How to begin

Send the current weekly pack and the list of sources. We will say whether a commission is honest, or whether a health review should come first.

How the work runs

  1. Measure list

We freeze the handful of readings the wall is allowed to show. Extra charts are refused until a later commission.

  2. Paper drafts

Layouts are argued on paper with the people who will stand in front of them. Colour is used for rank and breach, not decoration.

  3. Build and handover

We build against granted access, then walk the Monday readers through refresh, known gaps, and what a red cell actually means.

Prepare before we start

Decide who owns the wall after we leave. If nobody will refresh it, commission a briefing instead of a dashboard.

Limits we will not stretch

We will not invent measures your extracts cannot support. If identity is split across apps with no join key, the wall will show that split rather than hide it.
