Who this is for
Product owners, ops leads, and the one engineer who is tired of being asked ‘is the app down?’ without a shared picture.
What you leave with
Participants leave able to read a heat table, challenge a vanity chart, and write a one-page note after a bad release week.
Included
- Printed workbook and a sample heat table from anonymised figures
- Morning: crash clusters, sampled extracts, and what ‘crash-free’ hides
- Afternoon: ranking exercise using the group’s own (redacted) weekly pack if they bring one
- A one-page template for a Monday note
Left out
- Not a software-training day and not a vendor certification
- We will not workshop live production access in the room
Who does the work
Farah Idris leads. Lim Wei Han sits in for the ranking exercise.
